Joined by national and provincial authorities, clients, suppliers and our entire team, a few days ago we celebrated the inauguration of the expansion of our factory in Villa Páez, Córdoba.

This work has not only doubled our productive capacity, but has also allowed us to add new technology and increase productivity, thus improving the company’s competitiveness by being able to offer products more quickly and with greater efficiency, a crucial fact in a global market where capacity response and the quality of the final product are determining factors for success.

• The total productive capacity increased from 1920 to 4000 MVA per year.
• The plant design was optimized based on the production process.
• A new winding sector was designed with a positive pressure system that ensures a very low level of particles.
• 2 new winders, new expandable molds were acquired and 4 of the existing winders were reconditioned.
• Two new ovens of German origin were installed with a pressure and vacuum drying system, each with a capacity of 316 kW of power.
• 4 overhead cranes were incorporated, 2 of 80 tons and 2 of 20 tons, which allowed the lifting capacity to be doubled to 160 tons.
• The mounting area was expanded 3 times from the original size.
• The expansion of the factory also implies the creation of new high-skilled jobs.

The inauguration of this expansion is just our first big step in the company’s expansion and development plan in the foreign market, mainly the United States, where we already allocate 80% of our manufacturing.

All the work and investment carried out reflects our dynamism, ability to adapt, and the potential to grow and continue competing at an international level.
