Tubos Trans Electric (TTE) has acquired a commercial license for the multi-physics simulation by finite elements software COMSOL, which includes calculation modules for electromagnetic phenomena, fluid flows, heat transfer, and structural mechanics. This software has been installed in a server in the research and development area of the Department of Technology, Engineering and Quality, to solve problems associated with the design of distribution and power transformers.

With this new investment, TTE confirms its commitment to stay on top of technological advances, which is the key to continue building high-quality transformers and to boost worldwide competitiveness.
